The DualCore™ 200L expansion tank is designed for water supply and pressure stabilization systems. The tank body is made of carbon steel and fitted with a replaceable butyl rubber bladder to ensure reliable separation of water and air.
This model is suitable for closed-loop water systems, booster systems, and other applications requiring stable pressure control. It is manufactured in accordance with EN 13831 and PED 2014/68/EU requirements.
Key features include a replaceable bladder design, a built-in pressure gauge, weather-resistant external coating, stainless steel lining plate at the flange area, and high-precision welding. The butyl rubber bladder is self-produced, and no recycled rubber is used.
OEM/ODM customization is available for color, connection size, pressure rating, labeling, and packaging.

Each expansion tank is packed with protective wrapping, carton, and stretch film. For export shipments and larger models, reinforced wooden-frame packaging can be provided to enhance transport safety.
This packaging helps protect the tank surface, connection area, and accessories from damage during storage, handling, and sea transportation. Customized shipping marks, barcode labels, outer carton printing, and OEM packaging are available based on customer requirements.
